The 'Wallonia Quality Destination' label aims to promote the quality of tourist hospitality in Wallonia.

This quality mark is only awarded to organisations which participate in a certification scheme based on the Swiss tourist quality programme.

The Villers Tourist Office was awarded the label in June 2013. In practical terms, this means we strive to:

- make employees aware of just how important quality is

- improve the handling of complaints

- streamline work processes and tourist loyalty schemes
